πΉ Step 1: Open User Management

Press Win + R

Type:

Press Enter

Click OK if prompted
πΉ Step 2: Create a New Local User

Go to Users

Right-click → New User

Create a temporary user (ASPNET)

Set a password (optional)

Click Create and then Close
πΉ Step 4: Navigate to the Registry Path
Go to the following location:

└─ Microsoft

Restart the PC
