  1. Press Win + R

  2. Type:

    lusrmgr.msc
  3. Press Enter

  4. Click OK if prompted

  2. Right-click → New User

  3. Create a temporary user (ASPNET)

  4. Set a password (optional)

  5. Click Create and then Close
